由济南防水公司得出结论认为漏水原因主要有以下几点：
 
1.屋面卷材防水施工存在缺陷，卷材在伸缩缝翻边位置搭接，搭接位置不当；

2.设计原因伸缩缝翻边二次浇注，混凝土接缝处容易渗水；
